You can order products displayed on this website using the secure shopping cart provided. Once you have placed an order we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.

To make a purchase at streetcred.biz you are required to become a registered user. When registering you must provide a valid and operational email address and telephone number where you can be contacted so we can keep you informed about the status of your order.

PRICING & DELIVERY 

The price of individual products can change on the site without notice, however the price of the item displayed once you reach the checkout is the price you will be charged. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically, as part of the shopping cart, before you submit your credit card details. For more information about our delivery charges see our 'Delivery & Returns page. All prices on Streetcred.biz are in Pounds Sterling inclusive of VAT (20%)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR STREETCRED.BIZ COMPETITIONS

1. The closing date is as specified in the relevant competition.  All competition entries must have been received by midnight on this date.

2. The Winner will be notified by email within 10 working days of the closing date; the prize will be sent out to the address sent with the competition entry within a further 10 working days of this notification.

3. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. No purchase necessary and no proof of purchase required.

5. We reserve the right to amend these rules at anytime. Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules.

6. Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.

7. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.

8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter retains the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.

9. Entrants must be aged 13 or over. Employees of Streetcred.biz Ltd, their families and agencies, and anyone directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

11. Prize is subject to availability.
We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and only the courts of England and Wales will decide any disputes.
