RETURNS POLICY - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
If you wish to return an item to us that is damaged, or which you did not order, or for any other reason where the responsibility rests with us, you must contact us prior to sending it back so we can make arrangements to either refund you the purchase price or replace the damaged/wrong items.
Customers wishing to report a damaged or incorrect order can do so by emailing us at email@example.com or phoning our store on 01914607745 (Mon-Fri 10am-6.00pm GMT/BST).Please do not return items to us without having contacted us in advance. We will contact you to let you know what to do with the goods that you wish to return to us.
When returning items you will be responsible for them until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest obtaining at least a proof of posting from the post office and making a copy of invoice as your proof of purchase.
RETURNS POLICY - IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
We believe that you will be delighted with your products but there may be occasions when you want to return your order after we have dispatched your goods to you.
If you want to return your order, please do so within 14 days of having received your goods. When returning items you will be responsible for them until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery when returning items. We can only accept unspoiled items in their original packaging as returns. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

IN ADDITION TO OUR RETURNS POLICY
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase from us (which you should inform us of in writing), for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned (posters or body jewellery (such as piercings and earrings) and cosmetics for hygiene reasons). In this case we will provide you with a full refund but we would ask you to return the cancelled items at your cost. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us.
